If you contact me directly by email, I may also collect your name, email address and any information you include in your message.
The scorecard does not ask for your name, email address or any other contact details. When you finish it, only your total score, your score band and the names of the two areas you scored lowest on are stored, along with the date and time, so I can see how results vary overall. This information is anonymous and cannot be linked back to you.
Information submitted through the contact form or sent by email is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up if appropriate. I do not add you to any mailing lists without your explicit consent, and I do not pass your details to third parties except as described below.
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Formspree receives and forwards the data you submit in the contact form so that it reaches me by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on my behalf and processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. I have configured Formspree to forward your submission to my email address only and do not use it for any other purpose.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are viewed. Google Analytics is configured in a privacy-preserving mode that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. No consent banner is required for this configuration.
The data collected through Google Analytics includes approximate geographic location (country or region level), browser type, device type and pages visited. It also records when certain actions happen on the site: sending the contact form (and which page it was sent from), completing the scorecard, and clicking the phone number or email address. No names, email addresses, messages or scorecard answers are sent to Google. This data is aggregated and anonymous.

This website does not use cookies. Google Analytics is implemented in cookieless mode, meaning no tracking cookies are placed on your device.
Where I process personal information you have sent me through the contact form or by email, the legal basis is legitimate interests: specifically, responding to an enquiry you have made.
Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the business relationship, and deleted when no longer needed. If you would like your information removed at any point, please contact me and I will action this promptly.
